                                 Phone
SAN JOSE, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
FusionOne, the leading provider of mobile phone backup services,
today announced partnerships with five new mobile content providers:

-- FunMobility, which delivers a unique, integrated mobile
        entertainment experience through best-in-class mobile
multimedia applications that enable consumers to connect and
express themselves through mobile photos, videos, music,
        graphics and slideshows

-- Hands-On Mobile, a premier mobile technology company and
award-winning developer and publisher of mobile entertainment

-- Digital Chocolate, Inc., a leading publisher of high-quality,
original games and software across mass-market casual
        platforms

-- Viva Vision, the leading provider of entertainment
applications and content for mobile slideshows, video on
        demand, and live video

-- Cequint, a provider of technology that enables wireless
carriers to offer enhanced Caller ID services

The vast majority of licensed content does not follow mobile phone
subscribers when they purchase a new phone. Results from a recent
survey of FusionOne mobile operator customers, conducted by Market
Tools, Inc., indicate that only 13% of mobile phone subscribers
repurchase their licensed content, including games, applications, and
ringtones, when they change phones.

With these new partnerships, mobile phone subscribers now have the
ability to seamlessly move licensed content from these companies from
one mobile device to another using FusionOne's Mobile Content Transfer
solution. As a result, content providers can preserve and extend
existing relationships with their subscriber customers independent of
a subscriber's mobile device, and subscribers will no longer be
inconvenienced by having to remember, repurchase and re-download
applications from their previous phone.

"Subscribers to Viva Vision's dynamic and interactive slideshow
applications would undoubtedly be upset if there were an interruption
in their ability to enjoy our world-class content," said Nick Montes,
president of Viva Vision. "Our partnership with FusionOne solves this
potential problem, ensuring uninterrupted service for our customers."

"The growth in mobile gaming in recent years means that
application and service providers need to work together to ensure an
enjoyable, hassle-free experience for users," said Trip Hawkins,
founder and CEO of Digital Chocolate. "With our relationship with
FusionOne, our subscribers can now continue to enjoy Digital
Chocolate's unique, high-quality offerings without interruption when
they switch phones."

FusionOne is leading the industry-wide initiative to offer mobile
phone subscribers the same level of restoration capabilities for their
licensed content as they experience with their mobile phone address
books and user-generated content. At Qualcomm's BREW 2008 Conference
in San Diego in May, FusionOne announced an agreement with Qualcomm to
offer comprehensive backup services to BREW operators worldwide. As a
result, BREW operators can now provide mobile phone users the option
of restoring their licensed BREW applications when they upgrade or
change their phones.

FusionOne's Mobile Content Transfer solution is the first to
address the complex licensing challenges associated with migrating
licensed content from one mobile phone to another, while enabling
developers to preserve control over their content assets and
intellectual property during the process.

"Our partnerships with these companies represent another step
forward towards our goal of providing backup and migration services
for all mobile content," said Mohan Sadashiva, senior vice president
of marketing for FusionOne. "We're continuing to engage in discussions
with more content providers to give mobile phone subscribers the
ability to easily migrate more of their licensed content and make the
mobile phone user experience as secure and hassle-free as possible."
