Prestigious eDiscovery Survey Ranks StoredIQ in Top 5 for
eDiscovery Identification and Top 10 for Both Preservation and
                         Collection Processes
AUSTIN, Texas--(Business Wire)--
StoredIQ, whose innovative eDiscovery technology revolutionizes
the way companies address eDiscovery and litigation readiness, has
been ranked a Top Provider in four different categories in the
influential 2008 Socha-Gelbmann survey, confirming StoredIQ's strong
development and growing impact on the eDiscovery market.

"StoredIQ is pleased to be recognized as a leading eDiscovery
provider by one of the industry's most widely respected surveys," said
Ursula Talley, vice president of marketing at StoredIQ. "Our rapidly
growing customer base is proof that more and more companies recognize
the benefits of an in-house eDiscovery solution and proactively manage
their information and eDiscovery processes."

Published annually since 2003 by the independent technology
consultants, George Socha and Tom Gelbmann, the survey identifies
StoredIQ as a Top 5 Provider in Identification, a Top 10 Provider in
both Preservation and Collection, and a Top 20 Provider in Law Firm
rankings. The survey is an independent analysis of electronic
discovery vendors from law firms, corporations and services and
software providers. Socha and Gelbmann are the founders of the
Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) project, an industry group
created to develop and establish practical guidelines and standards
for electronic discovery.

StoredIQ provides a comprehensive eDiscovery solution for
companies that need to immediately react to or proactively prepare for
litigation or government investigations. Companies can quickly and
easily deploy the appliance in-house to crawl and collect active data
on their network servers, storage systems and personal computers
without disrupting end users. Using StoredIQ technology for topology
mapping, classification and search, companies can rapidly target,
collect, preserve and process potentially relevant documents, reducing
legal risk while saving collection, preservation and processing
expense. In addition, StoredIQ's legally defensible auditing system
ensures policies and processes have been followed, and they can be
easily searched and exported for outside legal review.

The complete survey will be available in the August edition of Law
Technology News (LTN) and will also be posted on the LTN website.
