Secure email and Web gateway security provider Marshal today announced
that it has doubled the size of its global technical support organization
to focus on enhancing the quality of the customer experience and support
its worldwide business growth of 48 percent*. The company has implemented
a multi-tiered technical support system, designed to address customer
calls more effectively by leveraging the expertise of Marshal's highly
trained technicians to direct the right resource to each issue.

    Marshal's new Level I support team is centrally based in North America to
answer initial customer requests for assistance worldwide 24/7/365.
Members of Marshal's Level II support team are based in Houston, Texas;
Basingstoke, England and Auckland, New Zealand to provide regional
technical support and lend their expertise to solving the most complex
issues.
