Introduces Scheduling to the WebMail Interface and Extends Web 2.0
                       Functionality via Gizmos
NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
Gordano Ltd. - an international developer of comprehensive
enterprise-class messaging products delivering scalability and
reliability - announces today a new release of the Gordano Messaging
Suite (GMS). GMS is a multi-platform messaging system providing an
easy-to-use, scalable alternative to Microsoft Exchange that runs on
Windows, Linux, Solaris and AIX.

The new release of GMS, introduces enhanced Scheduling features to
the Webmail interface, including both local and external free/busy
look ups. The scheduling in WebMail is totally compatible with
Outlook, and single events can be scheduled using both clients
interchangeably. Users can now seamlessly work in either Outlook or
GMS and any changes made regarding scheduling and Calendaring will
automatically be updated in both. Users no longer have to worry about
missing a meeting that was scheduled in either of these applications,
as they are both updated immediately.

Gordano's mashup technology, known as Gizmos, which gives users
the ability to quickly and efficiently interface with external data
sources has been further extended. New actions available with Gizmos
in this version include:

-- automatically opening a WebMail compose window when a mailto
link is clicked on in a web page,

-- translation of an email into user's choice of language,
determined automatically by the language that has been set in
        the WebMail client

-- the extensibility of the WebMail interface is demonstrated
with the ability to delete, reply to and navigate up or down a
list of messages or contacts by using mouse gestures.

Aligning Gizmos with Greasemonkey code gives instant access to
over 18,000 user written scripts that can be easily adapted to work
with GMS. Gordano's decision to use this technology has been supported
by Google recently selecting the same technology to extend its Gmail
service. Gordano has made its Gizmos completely open allowing them to
be implemented by anyone, rather than restricting access to their own
development teams as Google has chosen to do.

"Gizmo's are extremely useful and allow us to easily provide
features to our customers that are not part of Gordano's main
product," said Jamie Easterman, Managing Director of London Web. "We
are currently looking at how we can use Gizmo's to integrate with our
Asterisk based VoIP services."

This latest release of GMS follows the original public launch of
its new AJAX driven WebMail interface, which provides a fully
featured, familiar and intuitive interface similar to a high-end
desktop client. Shared calendars, tasks and notes are available, with
excellent interoperability with Outlook, providing a range of access
options to suit all tastes.

"This release of GMS further strengthens its position as the ideal
alternative to Exchange," said John Stanners, Managing Director of
Gordano. "Our continued development and innovation of GMS is fueled by
the demand of our current customers. It is our mission to streamline
their processes, increase their productivity and enable them to work
smarter by delivering the best possible email and collaboration
offering."

Some of the key features of WebMail include:

   -- Dynamic AJAX based interface

-- Fully customizable/brandable using CSS based themes

-- Highly extensible using Gizmos, a javascript mashup framework

-- Control Panel to allow quick context switching

   -- Keyboard shortcuts available throughout

   -- Drag-and-drop supported throughout

The latest release of GMS is available immediately. For more
