CHARLOTTE, NC and LONDON, Jul 22 (MARKET WIRE) --
Customer Futures (www.customerfutures.com), an international network
devoted to an improved customer experience, owned by OgilvyOne Worldwide;
and Quaero, a leading provider of multichannel marketing solutions, today
announced the establishment of Customer Futures' first learning group
based in the United States, set to launch later this year in New York
City. The organization already has operations in Europe, Asia, Africa,
Australia and Canada.

The Customer Futures learning group is designed to allow executives from a
wide range of non-competing industries to share knowledge and engage in
open debate designed to gain insight and experience in the areas of
customer management and customer experience management (CEM).
Participating executives can also gain access to the organization's
expertise through an on-line community and a members-only knowledge base.

The US forum, scheduled to meet for the first time on September 9th, has
already attracted leading CEM experts including facilitator Naras
Eechambadi, Ph.D, CEO of Quaero Corporation. Dr. Eechambadi, a recognized
industry thought leader, is the author of "High-Performance Marketing:
Bringing Method to the Madness of Marketing." Prior to Quaero, he worked
at McKinsey & Company, Wachovia Corporation and BBDO Worldwide and has
also taught courses in marketing at the University of California and the
University of Connecticut.

"I am thrilled to be facilitating the first ever Customer Futures learning
group held in the United States," said Eechambadi. "The group includes
professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer
experiences and serving their clientele better. I am looking forward to
meeting with my peers as well as to an exciting exchange of ideas and
insights designed to improve the customer experience."

"The Customer Futures learning group is dedicated to promoting the
improvement of the customer experience," said Peter Lavers, global
managing director of Customer Futures. "We will provide an opportunity for
executives to discuss what works and what does not work within their
organizations. With recognized speakers, well-established brands and
insightful case-studies, Customer Futures is the ultimate peer-to-peer
learning opportunity for senior-level customer experience and marketing
professionals. We look forward to having Naras Eechambadi facilitating our
first US group. With his exceptional marketing background and wealth of
experience, he is an ideal facilitator."

The speaker slated to address the inaugural forum in New York will be Dr.
James Barnes, an internationally renowned author, consultant,
entrepreneur, and educator on marketing and the building of customer
relationships. In his session, Barnes will address one of the most
critical issues companies face in managing the customer experience --
