The Manager, NBF Emissary Turnkey Solution LP, announces that Riverbridge
Partners, LLC of Minneapolis, Minnesota has been selected as the new
portfolio manager of the Emissary U.S. Small/Mid Cap fund, effective
August 1, 2008.

    Riverbridge Partners manages over $US 1.1 billion and has an excellent
track record in managing U.S. equities and we believe the firm will be a
valuable partner to the Emissary Portfolio Service program. Riverbridge's
management style is conservative growth. Riverbridge replaces AIM Private
Asset Management Inc., who has been portfolio manager of Emissary U.S.
Small/Mid Cap fund since December 2003.
