The Board of M&G Recovery Investment Company Limited wishes to announce that
the net asset value of the Company at 12.00 pm on the 22nd July 2008 was �135.6
Million

Ordinary Shares          =     14.49XD             Pence      
                                                              
Zero dividend Shares     =     52.43               Pence      
                                                              
Package units            =     81.41XD             Pence      

 

The net asset values have been calculated on a cum-income basis, with dividends
payable deducted from net assets on the ex-dividend date. Financial assets are
valued on a mid-market price basis; financial liabilities are included at book
value (including amortised costs).
