AXA Completes the Acquisition of Mexican Insurer ING Seguros

PARIS, July 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AXA announced today it has
completed the acquisition of ING Seguros, the 3rd largest Mexican insurer.
The transaction, which was announced on February 12, 2008, closed on July
22, 2008.
