ToolsToLife.com wins Fan Favorite
LOS ANGELES--(Business Wire)--
Twiistup 4, which was held the evening of July 17, 2008, brought
together over 600 Internet industry professionals at the largest
networking event in Los Angeles focused on media, entertainment and
technology. In addition, Stickam.com streamed the event live and more
than 20,000 people viewed Twiistup online.

The sold-out event featured 11 Internet start-ups, chosen by a
panel of judges, to demonstrate their products and services. The
Twiistup 'fan favorite' was ToolsToLife.com, a Web site and online
community focused on self-improvement programs. Attendees voted for
their favorite showoff at the event and Twiistup readers were able to
text in their votes through Mozes.com.

Attendees included entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and other
financial services executives, media and bloggers.

"The quality of the attendees at Twiistup 4 was excellent," said
Aaron Strout, vice president of new media at Mzinga, a Twiistup
sponsor. "We had numerous productive conversations with people that
will help us build our business, find capital, attract more customers
and partners. Los Angeles is playing a pivotal role in the emergence
and success of social media and Web 2.0 companies and we are happy to
be an active part of this community."

Steve Wiebe, star of The King of Kong: A Fist Full of Quarters,
also attended Twiistup 4 to attempt to reclaim the world record for
the Donkey Kong high score. While his attempt fell short, his presence
in the '80s arcade, sponsored by GirlGamer, brought an exciting
element to Twiistup.

"Twiistup is an amazing event that gives new tech companies an
opportunity to gain exposure. It was an honor to be amongst great new
tech companies and a highlight to be selected as fan favorite," said
Devlyn Steele, life coach and founder of ToolsToLife.com. "This
accolade will motivate the team at ToolsToLife.com to use Web 2.0
technology to bring people together and support each other to create
real change in their lives."

"Twiistup 4 was a great success. We strive to keep the events
high-quality, fun, useful and productive, while throwing in the
unexpected, like Steve Wiebe competing for the Donkey Kong world
record," said Mike Macadaan, founder of Twiistup. "We've had great
feedback from so many people that attended. We're very grateful for
the fantastic support of our sponsors who enabled us to take the event
to a new level."

The date of Twiistup 5 will be announced in the next couple of
months. Please go to www.twiistup.com for the latest updates.
