TORONTO, ONTARIO, Jul 22 (MARKET WIRE) --
Attn: News/National/Assignment

The Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center for Holocaust Studies applauds the
arrest of Radovan Karadzic, the former Bosnian Serb leader who has been a
fugitive on war crimes charges for more than a decade.

"It's fortunate that the world had to wait only 15 years to bring Radovan
Karadzic before a court of justice. We trust that no one will say that he
shouldn't be handed over to the courts due to the passage of time. The
capture of Karadzic points out that the planned shutdown of the
International Criminal Tribunal for Yugoslavia while other war criminals
are still outstanding must be rethought." commented Leo Adler, Director
of National Affairs, Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center for Holocaust
Studies.

The survivors of the Holocaust are still waiting for 'Dr. Death' to be
found and arrested. Dr. Efraim Zuroff, Israel director of The Simon
Wiesenthal Center has recently tracked SS doctor Aribert Heim, known as
'Dr. Death' to South America where he believed to be living. Heim
murdered and committed experimental medical atrocities on hundreds of
inmates at Mauthausen concentration camp where he was the camp doctor
during WWII.
