         professional cycling road race and details pertaining to
         the City of San Jose.

         The Amgen Tour of California is an international, world-class
         cycling road race -- the most successful in the United States,
         both in attendance and economic benefits to the state overall
         and to the individual host cities. The race, which is modeled
         after the Tour de France, features elite professional cycling
         teams from around the world competing for the highest prize
         purse of any cycling race in North America.
