Sangoma Names Susan De Fields as CFO

Sangoma(R) Technologies Corporation (TSXV: STC), the premium
provider of PC-based telephony hardware and software for proprietary
and open source networking and telephony solutions, today named Susan
De Fields CFO. De Fields replaces Thomas L. Davies, who acted as an
external CFO for the company.

market leaders in the cosmetic, fragrance, food, fitness, and media
industries, including Estee Lauder Companies Inc., Aveda Corporation,
MAC Cosmetics, Riviera Concepts Inc., McDonald's Restaurants of Canada
Inc., YTV Canada Inc., and Wellnx Life Sciences.

Ms. De Fields holds a C.G.A. designation and has a Bachelor of
Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
