BELOIT, Wis., July 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Henry W. Knueppel,
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of REGAL BELOIT CORPORATION (NYSE: RBC),
announced that the Board of Directors, at their regular quarterly meeting held
on Tuesday, July 22, 2008, declared a dividend of $.16 per share payable on
October 15, 2008, to shareholders of record at the close of business on
September 26, 2008.  The dividend represents the 193rd consecutive dividend
declared by the Company.
