Datascope to Report Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2008 Financial Results On

today announced that it will release its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2008
financial results after the market closes on Monday, August 11, 2008.

Lawrence Saper, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Antonino Laudani, Chief
Operating Officer and Henry Scaramelli, Vice President of Finance and Chief
Financial Officer, will host a conference call the following day, Tuesday,
August 12, 2008, at 12:00 noon (ET) to review the Company's financial results.
