Adjusters and Mobile Response Units Staged in Houston
NORTHBROOK, Ill.--(Business Wire)--
As Hurricane Dolly quickly approaches the Texas coast, customers
should feel assured that Allstate is prepared to respond quickly.
Allstate's National Catastrophe Team has dispatched adjusters and
three of its Mobile Response Units to Houston in preparation for
Hurricane Dolly. Once it is safe, the National Catastrophe Team will
be deployed to the impacted areas. Allstate agents and the National
Catastrophe Team are on the ground and prepared to help families get
their lives back together after the storm passes through.

   The Allstate Mobile Response Units are equipped with satellite
phones, wireless data access, generators and even bottled water and
teddy bears for kids. The overall goal of the Allstate Mobile Response
Units is to quickly and effectively handle customer claims and provide
the resources needed to begin the claim process immediately after a
catastrophe.
