Treasury Shares

The Company announces that on 21st July 2008, it purchased for holding in
Treasury 58,600 `A' Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of �4.10 per share.

As a result of the above purchase, the number of shares in issue, excluding
shares held in treasury is 31,759,883 ordinary shares.
