Jacada Announces Details of Second Material Agreement with O2 UK

Jacada Ltd. (Nasdaq: JCDA), a leading provider of unified desktop
and process optimization solutions for customer service operations,
today provided details of a material contract previously announced on
June 11, 2008. Jacada has expanded its relationship with O2 UK by
signing a second material contract with the mobile communications
services provider.

   O2 UK is a leading provider of mobile services to consumers and
businesses in the United Kingdom. The first Jacada project, which was
announced via a press release on November 17, 2007, is ongoing within
the company's prepaid division. This new agreement is for a project
with the retentions group in the post-pay consumer area of the O2 UK
business.

   O2 UK's retentions group is a key part of the company's post-pay
consumer business. The group's 850 advisors focus on serving customers
who have announced their intention to discontinue service by finding
additional offers or rewards to incent them to stay with O2 UK. The
Jacada solution will facilitate and streamline these key customer
interactions by automating call processes across several existing
applications.
