Culinary Institute of Virginia Announces Open House

NORFOLK, Va.--(Business Wire)--
Culinary Institute of Virginia, the School of Culinary Arts at
ECPI College of Technology, is pleased to announce an Open House on
Wednesday, July 23rd, 2008 from 6 pm to 8 pm. The Norfolk-based
Culinary Institute of Virginia is located at 2428 Almeda Avenue.
Admission to the Open House is free and attendees with have the
opportunity to tour the facility, see exciting demos, and speak with
students, faculty, and staff about the 'hands-on' learning environment
the Culinary Institute of Virginia offers.

   Culinary Institute of Virginia's Culinary Arts program includes
hands-on training with the emphasis on mastering basic professional
culinary skills. Students also participate in externships as part of
the Culinary Arts program to provide them with 'real world'
experience. Flexible program schedules are offered with day, evening,
and weekend classes; students can earn their Associate degree in less
than 2 years.
