Italian Stocks - Factors to watch on July 22

 MILAN, July 22 (Reuters) - The following factors could
affect Italian markets on Tuesday.

 ENI (ENI.MI)
 Eni has completed repairs to its Tebidaba-Brass River
pipeline in Nigeria, damaged in an attack last week which caused
the loss of 47,000 barrels a day of output, the oil company said.

 IMPREGILO (IPGI.MI)
 A possible buyout bid for Italy's biggest builder Impregilo
remained open on Monday as a major shareholder said it had yet
to decide whether to exercise a share swap for the company.

 FIAT (FIA.MI)
 Morgan Stanley cut its price target to 15 euros from 19
euros with an overweight rating.
 
 * UBI BANCA (UBI.MI), MEDIOBANCA (MDBI.MI), BANCO POPOLARE
(BAPO.MI) 
 Exane BNP Paribas has lowered its estimates and target
prices for all the Italian banks under its coverage.

 FINMECCANICA (SIFI.MI)
 Defence and aerospace company Finmeccanica said its
AugustaWestland unit won a contract to supply 18 helicopters to
Quatar's armed forces in a contract worth 260 million euros
($413.1 million).

 PIRELLI & C REAL ESTATE (PCRE.MI)
 The real estate company sold 530 million euros of property
in the first half, it said in a statement. The company added
that gross margin in the first half was 109 million euros, of
which 44 million pertained to Pirelli RE.
 
 * The company is in pole position to asset manage a real
estate fund that UniCredit is considering launching, MF reported
on Monday without citing sources. Lehman Brothers and Merrill
Lynch are also in the running, it said.
 
 ALITALIA AZPIa.MI
 Bank Intesa Sanpaolo's (ISP.MI) plan to rescue the airline
involve 8 investors putting 800 million euros of equity into a
new company with the assets of Alitalia and Air One, along with
a loan for the same amount, Il Messaggero reports. The newspaper
says the investors would be promised an internal rate of return
of 20 percent and would include fund Clessidra, the Benetton
family, the Ligresti family, Air One's head Carlo Toto, the
Fossati family who are investors in Telecom Italia (TLIT.MI) and
the Gavio group. Intesa Sanpaolo is also trying to persuade
Mediobanca (MDBI.MI), Nomura and Morgan Stanley to take part,
the newspaper says.
 
 ENIA EN.MI
 Regional utility Enia approved a partnership with other
natural gas suppliers on Monday that aims at improving their
weight in the downstream market.

 The utilities, along with Linea Group, could have something
"concrete" from their talks on gas sales with Russian gas giant
Gazprom (GAZP.MM) by the end of September, Ascopiave's chairman,
Gildo Salton, tells MF newspaper in an interview.
