Carlsberg sells Turk Tuborg,Israel Breweries stakes

COPENHAGEN, July 23 (Reuters) - Danish brewer Carlsberg (CARLb.CO) said on Wednesday it sold its stakes in Turk Tuborg (TBORG.IS) and Israel Beer Breweries.

Carlsberg received $80 million minus interest-bearing debt for its 95.6 percent stake in Turk Tuborg and $36 million for its 20 percent share of Israel Beer. The buyer, CBC Group, will continue to produce Carlsberg and Tuborg brands under license.
