INDIANAPOLIS, July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Verizon Wireless continues to improve its Indiana network. So far this year, the company reports it has spent more than $61 million on new cell sites and other upgrades that give customers clearer reception and fewer dropped calls. Since the company was formed in 2000, Verizon Wireless has invested $931 million in Indiana. Verizon Wireless also now has more customers than any other wireless brand in the U.S. -- 68.7 million.
