The Company has been advised that Mr William van Heesewijk, a Director of the
Company, purchased on 23 July 2008, 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 97p
each.

Mr van Heesewijk is now deemed to have a disclosable interest in 69,182
ordinary shares, representing 0.43% of the issued share capital.
