NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
Perf Go Green Holdings, Inc. ("Perf Go Green") (OTCBB: PGOG,
www.perfgogreen.com), a marketer and distributor of biodegradable
plastics, announced today that its new commercial 45 Gallon Garbage
Bags have been purchased for use by SoHo Partnership, a privately
funded organization that works to keep the neighborhood clean, as part
the not-for-profit's larger initiative to "green" the Manhattan
community.

SoHo Partnership hires the homeless to clean a 30-block area in
downtown New York City on a daily basis. In addition to the street
cleaning, programs have grown to include tree planting and
maintenance, recycling, and special service requests from the
community. These programs demonstrate the concern for environmental
issues that are part of a local New York City agenda.

"As one of the most vibrant and progressive areas of New York
City, the residents of SoHo as well as the SoHo Partnership are
extremely aware of the need to support and adopt eco-friendly
practices," said Henry Buhl, Founder of the SoHo Partnership. "The men
and women of our organization are responsible for keeping the
district clean, removing 15,000 pounds of refuse from the area
everyday. Now, with Perf Go Green's products, the tens of thousands of
conventional plastic garbage bags we once used will be a thing of the
past. We are absolutely delighted to announce SoHo as the city's first
neighborhood to use biodegradable trash bags."

"As the SoHo Partnership brings their initiative 'green,' we could
not be prouder to have Perf Go Green a part of this conversion," said
Perf Go Green Chairman and CEO Tony Tracy. "The SoHo Partnership is a
deeply rooted New York City organization and our new supply agreement
with them is part of our larger effort to convert cities and other
municipal organizations to biodegradable plastic products."

SoHo Partnership's adoption of Perf Go Green points to a larger
trend among eco-conscious communities across the country, as it comes
shortly after the announcement that the Community Economic Development
Association of Cook County (CEDA) in Illinois has embraced Perf Go
Green's trash bags in an effort to "green" their community.

Perf Go Green products are made of recycled plastics that are
combined with an Oxo-Biodegradable proprietary application method to
produce the film for the bags. When discarded in soil and exposed to
the presence of microorganisms, moisture and oxygen, Perf Go Green
products biodegrade, decomposing into simple materials found in nature
much faster than regular plastics, which can take hundreds of years to
break down. Through this process and the use of recycled plastics, the
company effectively removes plastic waste from the environment.

Founded in November 2007, Perf Go Green premiered at the March
2008 International Home and Housewares Show in Chicago, where its
products received an honor for their design quality and innovation. In
addition to offering its products online at www.Amazon.com and
www.Drugstore.com, Perf Go Green is rolling out its first items in
nationwide chain stores, including Walgreen's, later this year.

A not-for-profit organization, SoHo Partnership provides
prevocational training and employment opportunities to homeless and
jobless individuals through community-improvement projects. Program
employees are selected from clients of BRC Human Services Corporation,
a New York City organization that offers rehabilitation on treatment
programs for the homeless, including substance-abuse treatment,
housing for the disabled, and housing for people with AIDS.
