KCMH Announces Registration Approval of the KCM Trading Group- Begins Capital Raise for Alternative Asset Management Division

FRISCO, Texas--(Business Wire)--
KCM HOLDINGS CORP. (OTC:KCMH) announced today that The KCM Trading
Group registration was approved by the Financial Industry Regulatory
Authority (FINRA). KCMH's alternative asset management division the
KCM Trading Group will be a managing partner of the KCM Relativity
Hedge Fund and has begun initiating its capital raise for the fund.

   The KCM Relativity Fund will utilize an active approach to take
advantage of opportunities that show strong potential for return by
investing in global markets and opportunities through proprietary
techniques.

   The KCM Relativity Fund is unique in that before engaging in these
strategies the firm will first seek to preserve capital by investing
initial capital in Investment Grade Products and then utilize the
interest to aggressively pursue returns across global exchanges,
