ILI Technologies Receives New Thermoflex Orders

CALGARY, AB, Jul 23 (MARKET WIRE) --
ILI Technologies (2002) Corp. (TSX-V: ILI) is pleased to announce that
the Company has shipped all Thermoflex Tubing orders totaling US$900K as
referred to in the press release of June 18, 2008.

ILI is also pleased to announce that the Company has received new orders
in the amount of US$800K for its Thermoflex Tubing and associated
connectors. This order is expected to be shipped during the third quarter
of 2008. This brings recent Thermolflex orders to US$1.7 million.

This is the second consecutive month that the Company has received new
Thermoflex contracts valued at nearly $1 million each. ILI plans to
continue aggressively marketing its Thermoflex Tubing to maintain its
positive sales momentum.
