Taylor Nelson Sofres plc (TNS) has received notification from Citigroup Global
Markets UK Equity Limited, confirming a change to a notifiable interest in the
voting rights associated to the share capital of TNS.

The notification states that Citigroup Global Markets UK Equity Limited now has
a direct interest in the voting rights associated to 33,296,065 ordinary 5p
shares in the capital of TNS. This interest constitutes 8.01% of the current
voting rights.
