Steve Rauschenberger, Former President of the National Conference of State
Legislatures, Joins NSI's Legislative Practice

WASHINGTON, July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Steve Rauschenberger, former president
of the National Conference of State Legislators (NCSL) and a former member of
the Illinois State Senate, joins NSI as Managing Director of the firm's
Legislative Practice. In this role, Rauschenberger joins Vice Presidents,
Dennis LaComb and Corey Miltimore as the leadership team.

    Rauschenberger served in the Illinois State Senate for fifteen years and
in this capacity he held various leadership positions including Assistant
Republican Leader and Chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee.  While
serving as the former president of the National Conference of State
Legislators (NCSL), he also served as co-chair of the Taskforce on
Telecommunications and Electronic Commerce.
    LaComb was previously partner for a government affairs firm, where he
worked for a number of companies dealing with international telecom and
communications issues. Prior to this he was Director of International Affairs
for Ameritech, where he was responsible for international marketing,
communications and government affairs.  Before joining Ameritech, LaComb was
director of corporate development for the Chicago Council on Foreign
Relations.
    Miltimore was formerly an executive with a firm providing labor relations
counsel and contingency planning to numerous Fortune 500 companies, including
Boeing, Caterpillar, Exelon, Georgia Pacific, Goodyear, Honeywell, and Levi
Strauss among others.  Miltimore also served as Vice President of The Walker
Group, Inc., which provided fundraising services to various state parties and
members of Congress."
