Johnson Controls Announces Quarterly Dividend

MILWAUKEE, July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- The Directors of Johnson Controls, Inc.
(JCI) today authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common
share. The dividend is payable October 2, 2008 to shareholders of record
September 12, 2008.
