(Prime Standard Segment, TecDAX) will publish its first six months' 2008 results
on July 29, 2008 at 7:30 a.m. CEST.

At 10:00 a.m. CEST, the Management Board of MorphoSys AG will host a public
conference call to present MorphoSys's financial results for the first six
