"Mike" Duncan today launched a three week "Victory 2008 Tour" to meet with state GOP leaders and discuss John McCain and the Republican Party's strategy for victory in 2008. During his tour, Chairman Duncan will travel to target states -- including Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Florida, and North Carolina -- to discuss the Party's voter registration, microtargeting, GOTV, and fundraising efforts leading up to Election Day.
