(RNC) Chairman Robert M. "Mike" Duncan will be kicking off the "Victory 2008
Tour" at the Michigan Victory '08 headquarters in Farmington Hills, MI.  The
"Victory 2008 Tour" will make stops in states from coast to coast and will
highlight the steps being taken to ensure victories up and down the ballot
this election cycle for the Republican Party.  The event will be followed by a
