Virtusa Announces Instructions for Accessing Its First Quarter 2009 Financial Results Conference Call and Webcast

Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ: VRTU), a global information

an offshore delivery model, today announced instructions for accessing
its first-quarter 2009 financial results conference call and webcast.
As previously disclosed in a separate press release dated July 7, the
Company's first quarter 2009 financial results will be issued after
the U.S. financial markets close on Wednesday, July 30, 2008.

   In conjunction with this announcement, Virtusa will host a
