REG-Bodycote PLC: AXA's voting rights total 5.33% - correction

In accordance with their obligations under the Transparency Directive (section
5.8.3) AXA S.A. of Paris (on behalf of itself AXA Rosenberg, Sun Life and other
group entities) notified the company on 23 July 2008 that as at 21 July 2008 it
held voting rights in respect of 17,140,101 shares representing 5.33% of the
voting rights in respect of Bodycote's issued share capital on that day (and
not 17,494,433 and 5.44% as had been advised by AXA to the company on 22 July
2008).
