Wireless Phone Service Improves in Kentucky

LOUISVILLE, Ky., July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Verizon Wireless continues to improve its Kentucky network. So far this year, the company reports, it has spent more than $30 million dollars on new cell sites and other upgrades that give customers clearer reception and fewer dropped calls. That makes it a $250 million investment in Kentucky since the company was formed in 2000.
