SogoTrade Appoints Richard Hsiung to Deep Discount Broker's Advisory Board

NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
SogoTrade, the deep discount online brokerage and home of the
$3.00 online trade, has announced the addition of Richard Hsiung, to
its advisory board. Hsiung brings to SogoTrade more than 20 years of
experience as a business leader and executive in the advertising,
biotech and digital and online media industries.

   Hsiung currently holds several executive positions. He is the
co-chairman, CEO, and member of the board of directors of TGI, Ltd.,
an Internet media holdings company which operates social networking
Web site, Newsgroup.la, and Internet media delivery platform, NuwTube.
He serves as CEO of mobile phone and Internet application provider,
eLoft Media, and is a member of the board of directors of eLoft, Ltd.
Finally, he is the chairman and member of the board of directors of
WellsCorp, Ltd., producer of WellsLife brand herbal products.
Previously, Hsiung launched direct and Internet marketing agency,
Wunderman, and media strategy, planning and buying firm, MediaEdge. He
has served as advisor to Far Eastern Group's chairman, Douglas Hsu,
and has served as vice president and creative director of Young &
Rubicam, New York, Y&R Special Markets Division.

   Hsiung received a BS from the University of Maryland and an
Executive MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. In 1981,
1986, and 1995, Hsiung received the Clio International Advertising
Award and in 2005 was honored with the Dentsu International
Achievement Award for Management Excellence.
