Chromos Announces Full Revocation of Cease Trade Orders

NORTH VANCOUVER, BC, July 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Chromos Molecular
Systems Inc. ("Chromos" or the "Company") announced today that the securities
commissions or similar regulatory authorities in the Provinces of British
Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec have revoked the cease trade
orders against the Company effective July 22, 2008. As a result, there are
currently no cease trade orders outstanding against the Company.
The Company continues to review its remaining business assets (which include
the REM technology, certain rights to use the ACE System for gene therapy and
transgenics, and its approximately 29% shareholding in Agrisoma Biosciences
Inc.) to develop a strategic plan for continued operations for the longer
term.
