Energen Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(Business Wire)--
The Board of Directors of Energen Corporation (NYSE: EGN) today
declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share payable
September 2, 2008, to shareholders of record on August 15, 2008.
