Freeman Health System to Offer The Prevention Plan to Employers and Own
Employees

DALLAS, and JOPLIN, Mo., July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Preventive Medicine

comprehensive partnership with Freeman Health System.
The wide-reaching partnership will allow Freeman Health System to offer
employers The Prevention Plan(TM), U.S. Prevention Medicine's groundbreaking
personalized wellness program, as a prevention and health management product
through Freeman Preventive Services. Freeman Health System will be the local
provider of these wellness and prevention services, which include physician
