  NEWARK, NJ, Jul 23 (MARKET WIRE) -- 


WHAT:      Rebuilding Together Essex County and The Pepsi Bottling Group
           will repair and paint the JFK Recreational Center located in
           Newark's Central Ward.  More than 30 volunteers will be onsite
           to assist with the project.

           The center is a hub for many activities including swimming,
           basketball, aerobic classes, youth camps, exercise classes for
           seniors and persons with disabilities and many other daily
           activities.  The curriculum also includes many instructional and
           training classes.  The center is open every day and serves
           approximately 2500 Newark residents each week.
