AUSTIN, TX, Jul 23 (MARKET WIRE) --
Asure Software (NASDAQ: ASUR), a leading provider of workforce management
software, today announces the general availability of the latest version
of NetSimplicity's Meeting Room Manager (MRM), featuring an enhanced
Microsoft Outlook Plug-In that makes it easier for customers to integrate
meeting room management into their existing Microsoft Outlook
environments.

The latest release of Meeting Room Manager includes the following
features:

-- User-defined fields for the MRM Outlook Plug-In to allow more flexible
booking of meetings and provide more extensive tracking and reporting
capabilities

-- Enhanced compatibility with third party Outlook plug-ins to allow
interoperability with other popular scheduling tools including the WebEx
Cisco plug-ins

"The MRM Outlook plug-in has been a great tool for scheduling meetings and
inviting attendees," said Chuck Roach, Director of School Facilities, Penn
Yan Central School District. "It's easy and intuitive to use. The catering
and equipment components provide our food service staff and maintenance
personnel with all the information that they need to provide quality
services. Now each building can have access to all the district's
resources and schedule them as they see fit without a chance of double
booking. NetSimplicity provides a first class product that more than met
our expectations."

Consistent with its commitment to provide customers flexible, integrated
and affordable solutions, Asure Software continues to implement customer
driven improvements to MRM. Customers now have a robust, cost-effective
way to manage all aspects of room and resource scheduling directly from
Microsoft Outlook, resulting in:

-- Faster meeting scheduling. Rooms are easier to find and attendees and
rooms are booked together in one simple process directly from Microsoft
Outlook.

-- No double-bookings. With Meeting Room Manager synchronizing Outlook,
Web and Integrated LCD Panel room bookings in real-time, double-bookings
are a thing of the past.

-- Integrated meeting services. Order catering, A/V and other services and
equipment as you book your meeting.

-- Managed room scheduling. Apply consistent MRM controls to room booking
rights and processes.

-- Rapid user adoption. Seamless integration, look and feel means Outlook
schedulers can easily leverage MRM with no additional training.

"With this release, MRM users can now customize the interface to capture
specific details required for their environment such as client or project
codes for billing or specialized instructions for catering and audio
visual purposes," said John Stockton, Vice President of Product
Management for Asure Software. "Our customers can rely on MRM to manage
everything needed to orchestrate successful meetings."

    Availability

The latest version of Meeting Room Manager (MRM) with enhanced
functionality with Microsoft Outlook Plug-In is now generally available.
