Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. to File Amended Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q to Correct Cash Balance

SOUTHPORT, Conn.--(Business Wire)--
In the Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. (NYSE:RGR) Quarterly Report on
Form 10-Q filed earlier this evening with the SEC, the cash balance
included in the balance sheet as of June 28, 2008 was incorrect. The
cash balance as of June 28, 2008 should have been $6,105,000, not
$16,105,000 as was stated in the Form 10-Q. Sturm, Ruger & Company,
Inc. will file an amended Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q to correct
this error tomorrow morning.
