Triarc says Wendy's to get new chief after merger
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - J. David Karam will succeed Kerrii Anderson, president and chief executive of Wendy's International Inc WEN.N, when Triarc Cos Inc TRY.N completes its purchase of Wendy's later this year, Triarc said on Friday.
In April Wendy's agreed to be bought by Triarc, the investment arm of billionaire investor Nelson Peltz, in a deal worth $2 billion.
