Antena 3 H1 net profit down 31 percent

MADRID, July 31 (Reuters) - Spanish broadcaster Antena 3 (A3TV.MC) posted a 30.9 percent fall in first-half net profit on Thursday as weak advertising revenues and falling audience share undermined the bottom line.
Antena 3 said net profit was 80.0 million euros, while net revenues fell 11.5 percent to 476.9 million euros.
Antena 3's 24-hour audience share fell to 19.1 percent from 20.4 percent a year ago. (Reporting by Sarah Morris)
