EU approves Ineos buy of BASF plant
BRUSSELS, July 31 |
BRUSSELS, July 31 (Reuters) - Ineos Group Ltd [INEO.UL] of Britain won permission from the European Commission on Thursday to purchase a plant from German chemical manufacturer BASF BASF.DE.
