Taylor Nelson Sofres plc - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's provision 5.6.1R we would like
to notify the market of the following:

Taylor Nelson Sofres plc's capital consists of 433,568,185 shares with voting
rights. Taylor Nelson Sofres plc holds 17,490,389 ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Taylor Nelson Sofres plc is
416,077,796.

The above figure, 416,077,796, may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Taylor Nelson
Sofres plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
