                                 RESULT OF AGM                                 

Pilat Technologies International Ltd ("PTI" or "the Company") was notified on
30 July 2008 that on 29 July 2008 Go.D.M. Investment Ltd ("Go.D.M."), an
Israeli company, purchased 23,000 shares of NIS 0.01 each in PTI, at a price of
NIS 1.14 per share (approximately 16.3p). Following this transaction Go.D.M.
holds 1,326,982 shares in PTI, representing 5.07 per cent. of the issued share
capital.

The Company also announces that at the Annual General Meeting held on 30 July
2008 all resolutions were duly passed.
