New CEO Appointed to Lead Oral Care Innovator

appointment of Mark Koide as its new Chief Executive Officer. Koide
succeeds Nancy Rosenzweig, who led the privately-held company for
three years, gaining national distribution and tripling revenues.

Koide joins The Natural Dentist with over 15 years of experience
in consumer packaged goods and a strong background in natural foods
and beverages. He most recently was Global President of the Seeds of
Change division of Mars, Inc. Previously, he was an executive with
Groupe Danone and Pepperidge Farm/Campbell Soup Company. Koide was a
co-founder of Walnut Acres, an organic food startup company that was
sold to The Hain Celestial Group in 2003.
