Total Voting Rights

31 July 2008

In accordance with FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules, the Company advises
that its issued share capital comprises 148,708,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p
each. The voting rights of all of these shares are identical. No ordinary
shares are held in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to, their interest in Running River under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
