URS Awarded Contract to Provide Construction Services for Colorado Gas Processing Plant

Contract Has Maximum Value to URS of $125 Million
SAN FRANCISCO--(Business Wire)--
URS Corporation (NYSE: URS) today announced that the Company has
been awarded a contract by Williams to provide construction
supervision, labor and construction materials for the Willow Creek Gas
Processing Plant in Rio Blanco County, Colorado. The 12-month contract
has a value of $125 million to URS.

Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Rust Constructors Inc., URS
will oversee construction of the processing plant, which will extract
higher-value liquids, such as ethane, propane, butane and gasoline
from natural gas. Completion of construction is planned for July 2009,
with plant operations expected to begin during the third quarter of
2009. Located in the Piceance Basin region, the plant will process 450
million cubic feet of natural gas per day for U.S. consumption.
