Facts ran full page ads in TheNew York Times and USA Today, taking labor union
leaders to task for aiding in bankrupting American industries and hobbling our
economic competitiveness. The ad comes on the heels of the labor movement's
new campaign to push the deceptively named Employee Free Choice Act, which
would effectively eliminate employees' right to a private ballot vote when it
comes to voting to join -- or not to join -- a union.
